Room rates do not include sales tax or applicable hotel tax of approximately 13% in the aggregate.
No gratuities are added to the room rate. Tipping is not expected.
Because the Inn on Sandy Creek is small and is located in a secluded rural setting, we must require both reservations and a limited cancellation policy. We are unable to accept drop-in guests. Reservations are required at least one week in advance of arrival and the rate for one night must be guaranteed by a recognized credit card for each two nights reserved.
We will refund your reservation guaranty for cancellations received two weeks prior to arrival. For reservations made or cancellations received within two weeks of arrival, the one night guaranty for each two night reservation will be non refundable.
We welcome children twelve years or older. They may share the room with two adults for an additional charge of $15.00 per night.
The Inn provides at no charge three kennels for pets which can not be permitted in the guest rooms.
