EVENTS

The Pine Room and adjacent patio offer 1600 square feet of elegant, comfortable space for:

Business Events - The Pine Room is set up with a skirted U-shaped table seating 12 with plenty of room to seat at least 12 others around the perimeter.  The high definition 55" television is used to display any computer generated input. A land telephone line in the center of the U-shaped table with multidirectional speakerphone enables clear conference calls.  Rancho Sereno provides refreshments and meals upon request at a reasonable cost. Separate furniture groupings on the patio or at the nearby fire circle provide seating for breakout groups.

Weddings and receptions - Several picturesque sites near the Inn, such as the point overlooking the five acre lake, provide beautiful settings for the wedding ceremony while the reception would, of course, be centered around the Pine Room and patio.  For large weddings, the Inn has several sites available for tenting including the Inn's 50X50 foot paved parking area.  Plentiful additional parking is nearby.  Rancho Sereno can recommend excellent local caterers and photographers.

Family reunions - The Pine Room and patio make an ideal site for family banquets.  The nearby fire circle provides just the right spot for passing down family lore. And the 115 acre wildlife preserve across Sandy Creek provides recreation and a beautiful walk in the autumn and winter months.

Church leadership gatherings - The Pine Room can be set up either in business conference or living room configuration for pastor/congregation planning conferences, prayer meetings or other church leadership matters.  Rancho Sereno provides the same services described above but tailored to the church's needs.

Girl's get-away event - Bring your BFF's and sip wine on our patio. Stay up late, play cards and dish about friends and family. Our patio is a great place to practice yoga, instruction can be arranged with at least one week notice. With great trails to hike, you'll go home buff and well rested.
